SNDT 2012

The 19th Symposium on Nano Device Technology will take place at the International Conference Hall of Hsinchu Science Park in the Nano Electronics Research Building of the site of the National Nano Device Laboratories (NDL).

The main topics of the symposium are:
- nano-electronics
- solar photovoltaic components
- MEMS sensors
- high-frequency technology and applications
- materials and detection technology
