Standard Platform Base
The miBase is our standard stage on which the miBot manipulators moves. The miBase is the component of the micromanipulation platform which gets mounted on the stage of an optical microscope or in the vacuum chamber of an electron microscope (SEM/FIB).
It serves as an intermediary element between the syDrive and the miBot(s). It has everything integrated to connect up to 4 miBot micromanipulators (one on each side) and enables to control them all with the same syDrive piezodriver.
An optional electrical interface to connect external instruments such as oscilloscope or voltage source directly to the probe carried by the miBot can also be provided with the miBase (Learn more).
