Piezoelectric amplifier

The syDrive is a piezoelectric amplifier. It is the source generating the voltage signals used to power the miBot actuators. The generated signals are both AC and DC, in order to move the miBot in stepping and scanning modes.

The syDrive is connected to a Windows computer via USB. The communication with the syDrive is ensured by the MRC software; this serves as an interface to control the miBot manipulators.
